ক্যাম্পেইন চলবে বাংলাদেশ সময় ০১ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৩ রাত ১২:০১ মিনিট থেকে ২৮ ফেব্রুয়ারি ২০২৩ রাত ১১:৫৯ মিনিট পর্যন্ত।
বিজয়ী হবার জন্য বিবেচিত হতে-
- ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালে অনুমোদিত এবং তালিকাভুক্ত ব্যাংক, মানি ট্রান্সফার প্রতিষ্ঠান (এমটিও) এবং মানি এক্সচেঞ্জ হাউজগুলোর (https://www.bkash.com/bn/remittance) মাধ্যমে দেশে আপনার প্রিয়জনের বিকাশ একাউন্টে রেমিটেন্সের টাকা পাঠাতে হবে।
- প্রতিদিন একটি বিকাশ একাউন্টে সর্বোচ্চ পরিমাণ রেমিটেন্সের টাকা গ্রহণকারী বিজয়ী হবেন। উক্ত সর্বোচ্চ পরিমাণ এক লেনদেনে হতে হবে।
- প্রতি লেনদেনে সর্বনিম্ন ১৫,০০০ টাকা পাঠাতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য, এক লেনদেনে সর্বোচ্চ ১২১,৯৫১ টাকা** পাঠাতে পারবেন (প্রেরিত অর্থের সাথে ২.৫% সরকারি প্রণোদনা প্রদান করা হবে)।
**টাকা গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে বিকাশ একাউন্টের লিমিট প্রযোজ্য হবে। বিকাশ এর লিমিট সম্পর্কে জানতে ভিজিট করুন: https://www.bkash.com/help/limits - প্রতিদিন ১ জন সর্বোচ্চ রেমিটেন্স গ্রহণকারী বিকাশ গ্রাহক বিজয়ী হবেন। ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালে ২৮ দিনে সর্বমোট ১x২৮=২৮ জন ডায়মন্ড লকেট জিততে পারবেন। যৌথভাবে বিজয়ীর ক্ষেত্রে, প্রথম রেমিটেন্স গ্রহণকারী বিজয়ী হিসেবে গণ্য হবেন।
- ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালে রেমিটেন্স গ্রহণকারী একজন বিকাশ গ্রাহক একবারই বিজয়ী হতে পারবেন।
- প্রযোজ্য সকল শর্ত পূরণ সাপেক্ষে বিজয়ী নির্বাচন করা হবে।
অন্যান্য শর্তাবলি
- বিজয়ী প্রবাসী বাংলাদেশি তার বাংলাদেশে বসবাসরত প্রিয়জনের বিকাশ একাউন্ট বিজয়ী ঘোষণার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বিকাশ হেল্পলাইন ১৬২৪৭ এর মাধ্যমে সকাল ১০টা থেকে রাত ১০টা পর্যন্ত সর্বোচ্চ ৩ বার যোগাযোগ করা হবে। ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে বিজয়ীর বাংলাদেশে থাকা প্রিয়জন কল রিসিভ না করলে তিনি পুরস্কার গ্রহণের জন্য আর যোগ্য হবেননা এবং পরবর্তী বিজয়ীর সাথে যোগাযোগ করা হবে।
- গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগের জন্য বিকাশ শুধুমাত্র ১৬২৪৭ থেকে কল করে। ক্যাম্পেইনের বিজয়ী সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে অন্য যেকোনো নাম্বার থেকে কল করে বা মেসেজ দিয়ে যদি কোনো লেনদেন করা, তথ্য দেয়া বা অন্য যেকোনো নির্দেশনা দেয়া হয়, অনুগ্রহ করে তা থেকে বিরত থাকেন। অন্যথায় গ্রাহক প্রতারিত বা ক্ষতির সম্মুখীন হলে বিকাশ তার জন্য দায়বদ্ধ নয়।
- বিজয়ী বিকাশ গ্রাহকের সাথে সফলভাবে যোগাযোগ সম্পন্ন করার পর উক্ত বিকাশ রেমিটেন্স গ্রাহককে পরবর্তী নির্দেশনা দেয়া হবে।
- ক্যাম্পেইন চলাকালে প্রতি সপ্তাহ শেষে সাপ্তাহিক ৭ জন বিজয়ীদের নাম বিকাশ ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
- বিজয়ী বিকাশ গ্রাহককে পুরস্কার বুঝে নেয়ার জন্য অবশ্যই তার একাউন্ট নাম্বার এবং যেই পরিচয়পত্র দিয়ে বিকাশ একাউন্টটি খোলা হয়েছে সেটি বিকাশ কর্তৃপক্ষকে প্রদর্শন করতে হবে। গ্রাহকের একাউন্টের তথ্য বিকাশ কেওয়াইসি ফর্মে প্রদানকৃত তথ্যের সাথে না মিললে উক্ত গ্রাহক পুরস্কার গ্রহণের জন্য যোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেননা।
- বিজয়ী বিকাশ গ্রাহক ডায়মন্ড লকেটের পরিবর্তে সমমূল্যের ক্যাশ টাকা নিতে চাইলে তা প্রযোজ্য হবেনা।
- বিজয়ী গ্রাহকের কোনোরুপ কার্যক্রম যদি এরূপ কোনো যুক্তিসংগত সংশয় তৈরি করে যে, গ্রাহক কর্তৃক ক্যাম্পেইনের নিয়মাবলির লঙ্ঘন বা অনৈতিক কার্যকলাপ হয়েছে, সেক্ষেত্রে বিকাশ কর্তৃপক্ষ অংশগ্রহণকারীর পুরস্কার বাতিলের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
- বিকাশ কর্তৃপক্ষ কোনোরকম নোটিশ ছাড়াই পুরো ক্যাম্পেইনের শর্তাবলি, সংযোজন বা পরিবর্তন কিংবা সম্পূর্ণ ক্যাম্পেইনটি বাতিল করতে পারে।
- বিকাশ-এর সংশ্লিষ্ট ব্যক্তিবর্গ এই ক্যাম্পেইনে অংশগ্রহণ করতে পারবেননা।
- পেওনিয়ার থেকে গ্রহণকৃত রেমিটেন্সের টাকা এই ক্যাম্পেইনের অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়।

- Daily 1 emigrant Bangladeshi can win a diamond pendant for a loved one living in Bangladesh (Remittance receiving bKash customer) by sending the maximum amount of remittance in one transaction to a bKash account.
Campaign Duration:
The campaign will run from 01 February 2023 at 12:01 AM to 28 February 2023 at 11:59 PM Bangladesh time.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Remittance should be sent to your loved one's bKash account in the country through authorized and listed Banks, Money Transfer Organizations (MTOs) and Money Exchange Houses (https://www.bkash.com/bn/remittance) during the campaign period.
- The person who receives the highest amount of remittance in a bKash account per day will be the winner. The said maximum amount should be in one transaction.
- Minimum remittance amount to be sent is BDT 15,000 per transaction. Note that you can send a maximum of BDT 121,951** in a single transaction (a 2.5% government incentive will be paid on the amount sent).
**bKash account limit will be applicable for withdrawing money. To know about bKash limit, visit: https://www.bkash.com/help/limits - Daily 1 highest amount of remittance receiving bKash customer will be the winner. A total of 1x28 = 28 people can win diamond lockets in 28 days during the campaign. In the case of joint winners, the earliest recipient of the remittance will be deemed the winner.
- During the campaign period a remittance receiving bKash customer can only win once.
- Winner will be selected subject to fulfillment of all applicable conditions.
Other Conditions:
- The winner will be contacted a maximum of 3 times from 10 am to 10 pm through bKash helpline number 16247 within 48 hours of the announcement. If the winner's loved ones in Bangladesh do not receive the call within 48 hours, they will no longer be eligible to receive the prize and the next winner will be contacted.
- bKash calls only from 16247 to communicate with customers. Please refrain from making any transaction, giving information or giving any other instructions by calling or texting from any other number regarding the winner of the campaign. bKash shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer otherwise.
- After successfully communicating with the winning bKash customer, further instructions will be given.
- The names of 7 weekly winners will be announced on the bKash website at the end of every week during the campaign period.
- The bKash customer located in Bangladesh must show his/her account number and the identity card with which the bKash account was opened to the bKash authorities to claim the prize. If the customer's account information does not match the information provided in the bKash KYC form, the customer will not be considered eligible for the prize.
- It will not be applicable if the winning bKash customer wants to take an equivalent amount of cash instead of the diamond pendant.
- bKash Authority reserves the right to cancel the contestant's prize if any conduct by the winning contestant creates a reasonable suspicion that the Contest Rules have been violated or illegal activities conducted by the Customer.
- The bKash Authority may, without any notice, amend or modify the terms and conditions of the entire Contest or cancel the entire Contest.
- bKash officials cannot participate in this campaign.
- Remittance received from Payoneer is not included in this campaign.
